St. Richard is a vital parish, blessed with many people of great talent and graced with people in need of our ministries.
At our baptism, we are accepted as a part of the parish community as well as members of Christ’s body. It is our baptismal call to become active members of the Body of Christ.
Stewardship begins with the recognition that everything we have has been given to us by God…our time, our talents, our money, yes, even life itself. Stewardship is based on an understanding that “as Christian stewards, we receive God’s gifts gratefully, cultivate them, share them lovingly, and return them to the Lord”.
Please reflect on your talents and interests and look over the list of ministries available here in our St. Richard Community, and consider what you will be able to commit to for this upcoming year.
We are a Catholic Community called by our baptism to worship God with gratitude and to minister to one another.
